COUCOU accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express processed through PayPal. COD is not available. When ordering online please be sure the billing address you've entered is the same as your credit card billing address. Orders cannot be processed if these do not match. Please note that PayPal does not require an account to process your order. |
SHIPPING & DELIVERY |
| FREE shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery since each piece is handmade . You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. |
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS |
International orders may require additional postage and customs duties. Select the pieces and quantity you wish, place your order via the shopping cart and we will e-mail the amount of the additional charge, which you can confirm before your order is processed. |
RETURN POLICY/WARRANTY |
| All items are returnable for credit or refund if returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Your credit card will be credited. Please contact us before returning an item. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. Please send all returns insured United States Postal Service (USPS). Refunds will not be issued on damaged items, which have been improperly shipped. |

Tarnish can be minimized by storing jewelry in a sealed plastic bag, which reduces exposure to air, humidity and chemicals. Always apply make-up, perfumes and hair styling products before putting on your jewelry. Wearing your silver jewelry is the best way to prevent tarnish.
